Oh Hello!

Our bar runs out of a 1969 Travelaire trailer that was originally built in Red Deer! The trailer's entire conversion was done by hand, by us and our family. We fell in love with the classic vintage exterior, but now have upgraded it to be fully self contained so that we can serve any event in any location. No need for water or power hookups.

We are truly so proud of how the project turned out and all of the learning, tears, and joy that went into putting ourselves into a project like this.

Bringing people together is just something we love, whether that's a dinner at our place, a night at the pub, or a full-blown party. We bring that same energy to every event we work — our goal is for hosts to feel supported and worry-free, no matter the size of the guest list. The details matter to us, and we aim to get every one of them right.

Behind Bramble

Hello! Welcome to our bar - we can't wait to work with you!

Bramble Bar was our brainchild for a rescue from our corporate lives. We have a serious love of people, parties, and wine; so when we found ourselves looking for jobs that brought us joy and got us out from behind our computers, a mobile bar came up.

Finding the trailer was the first step, though we certainly had to kiss a few frogs before finding the right one. A few Millie-led demolitions and renovations later, alongside some handy-help from our family and friends, and our beautiful trailer bar has come to life.

Though Millie is from the UK (catch the accent if you can), we both have a love for Central Alberta hospitality and a support local mindset. From retirements to weddings, you lovely people sure know how to host a party! We always do our best to support other locally owned business, whether that's through recommending local liquor stores, sourcing our fresh items and garnish's from Central Alberta farms, or partnering with local breweries to get your favourite craft beer on tap.

You'll most likely catch the two of us serving your event - our favourite part of the whole business - but you might also get to meet some of our other wonderful bartenders and staff, including Morgan's parents! Our team is always excited to make your event the best it can be.
